Naise Currency Localisation Usage Policy

1. Account and Currency Recognition

• Naise automatically detects location via IP address and displays prices in local currency where supported.
• If your location uses an unsupported currency, prices display in USD by default.
• Users can manually select and switch between supported currencies.
• Supported currencies: JPY, MYR, SGD, IDR, KRW, THB, VND, USD.
• Localised currency options are not available for subscriptions, which remain billed in USD.

2. Rate Fluctuations

• All prices convert from USD (the base currency) using rates from our payment partner Airwallex.
• Currency rates on Naise are updated every 6 hours to reflect the most accurate exchange rates.
• Foreign exchange fees range from 0.4% to 1% depending on the selected currency, and are included in the displayed prices.
• All platform rates are based on their original USD price and, as a result, non-USD currency prices may change daily.
• Users receive notifications about rate fluctuations during campaign setup and management.
• Platform rates may differ slightly from checkout rates due to fluctuations. Buyers can switch to USD payment to lock the price.
• USD transactions are recommended where possible to avoid additional FX fees.

3. Campaign Management

• Users can make offers and negotiate in their local currency, with USD as the conversion base.
• Local currency values display real-time USD equivalents during campaign setup.
• Users are informed about potential rate fluctuations throughout the campaign lifecycle.

4. Making Payments and Starting Campaign Tasks

• Local currency payment is available with USD as the base currency.
• Payments are processed through Airwallex, subject to a 0.4% to 1% FX fee at checkout.
• For unsupported regions, users may manually select a preferred currency or default to USD.
• Currency rates are locked in at the time of payment and remain fixed from the start of the campaign until payout completion.
• Invoices display amounts in both local currency and USD.

5. Refund Payment Method and Timeline

• Refunds are issued through the original payment method, typically within 30 to 45 days.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are processed in the original payment currency at the checkout rate, protecting you against losses from currency fluctuations.
• Relevant fees from the initial transaction are included in the refund calculation.
